Welcome to Lentini Chiropractic...Pointing your way to health.

Reception Area

Our office has been serving people since 1984.  We are located at the Landmark Office Center, off Federal Road in Brookfield, Connecticut, just north of Danbury.  The office is on the first floor next to the side entrance, making it easily accessible for wheelchairs and people in severe pain.

Our well-trained and educated staff greets you with a smile and helps guide you through all aspects of your experience in the office; from business consultations to insurance billing, or any other care you might need.  Our entire staff works diligently to make your office experience a meaningful one, welcoming you into our warm, family environment.

Nutrition and exercise are very important for general health care; in-depth instruction is available.  Dr. Lentini has advanced training, on a doctoral level, in body rehabilitation and dance medicine.  Dancers and other sports-related patients dramatically improve their performance under his care.

The atmosphere is cozy and child-friendly.  In fact, children are a big part of the practice.

Dr. Lentini studies many different treatment techniques and will customize a treatment plan just for you.  There are non-force techniques, as well as the more traditional “hands on” approach.  Having advanced degrees in spinal rehabilitation, exercise, nutrition, dance and sports care, Dr. Lentini helps you with many home and gym, self-health programs.

Dr. Lentini continues his education in a broad realm of courses to keep up-to-date with information on health care.  As part of the Danbury Hospital Spine Center, he meets at the hospital reviewing and consulting in spinal care and treatment with spinal orthopedic surgeons, neurosurgeons, pain management specialists and physical therapists.  Case review is an important education on spinal treatment.

The medical community respects Dr. Lentini.  Many orthopedists, neurologists, family doctors, and physical therapists refer to us for chiropractic evaluation and treatment.  Doctors are also patients at Lentini Chiropractic.  If you consult with us first, we can expedite any referrals from your family doctor to specialists, or to advanced imaging centers for X-ray, MRI, CAT scans, and sonography.  When necessary, we can also refer you to medical specialists or alternative medicine specialists (including massage therapists) in the area.

Dr. Lentini works with exercise trainers to help them fine-tune their exercise prescriptions.  Our goal is to help you achieve the most from your exercise programs.

Having served as an expert witness in personal injury, worker’s compensation, and auto accident cases, Dr. Lentini is committed to helping the injured get back to a normal lifestyle.

We invite you to experience Lentini Chiropractic healthcare and lifestyle management first hand.  Get rid of that problem that has been nagging you for so long and learn to live a better, more functional life.

Why Chiropractic?

1. Drug Free Approach to Healthcare

Find not only relief from back and neck problems, but Chiropractic is also a pathway to wellness with it’s natural, drug-free approach to healthcare.

2. Boosts Immune Function

A 2010 study found that chiropractic adjustments actually boosted blood serum levels of some important natural antibodies in patients. The authors suggested that chiropractic adjustments might “prime” the immune system, making it easier to ward off infection and illness.

3. Reduces Inflammation

Researchers in a 2011 study compared back pain patients to people with no pain and gave both groups chiropractic adjustments. The authors found that the back pain patients who received chiropractic care had dramatically lower levels of a key inflammatory cytokine, known as TNF-α. High levels of TNF-α have been linked to inflammatory diseases like rheumatoid arthritis, inflammatory bowel disease, and psoriasis.

4. Reduces Stress

After receiving a chiropractic neck adjustment, patients have altered brain activity in the parts of the brain responsible for pain processing and stress reactions. They also have significantly reduced cortisol levels, indicating decreased stress. Participants report lower pain scores and a better quality of life after treatment.

5. Improves Balance

A small study from 2009 found that people who received chiropractic adjustments had reduced dizziness and improved balance. A 2015 review of the literature suggests that chiropractic care might be an effective, natural way to help prevent falls in elderly patients.
